sample_remark This sample was collected from the core farm (drillhole KBW01)at Myra Camp, presently owned by Cameco Australia Pty Ltd. It is a biotite-hornblende-plagioclase-K-feldspar granite, with accessory titanite. Myrmekitic textures are observed, and more pristine feldspars show kinking of twins. The Nimbuwah Complex comprises granitoid migmatite and tonalite in the eastern Pine Creek Orogen. It is heterogeneous, and is intruded by lopoliths of Oenpelli Dolerite. Nimbuwah Complex granitoid migmatite and tonalite are interlayered with ortho-amphibolite of the Zamu Dolerite (Needham 1988).
