sample_remark Pyritic tuff about 20 cm thick (on average) intersected at CSA mine underground. About 4 kg of sample, collected by CSA mine geologists Bryce de Haan and Jared Hardy, sent to GSNSW 20 January 2026. Sampled about 180 metres below surface, in a 2 Level drive 5.0 m wide by 5.8 m high. The drive intersects the tuff at a steep angle, rendering the photos difficult to interpret. The true thickness of the unit is about 20 cm, and it is interbedded with siltstones of the CSA Siltstone, younging to the W. The unit strikes 141 and dips 86SW.
